New Delhi: <\/b><\/p>\n

A Class 10 student was killed after he was set on fire while going for tuition in Andhra Pradesh’s Bapatla district. It is suspected the 15-year-old teen was burnt alive after petrol was poured on him.<\/p>\n

While he was being taken to the hospital in an ambulance, he kept on saying the name “Venky”. The student, Amarnath, also named three others.<\/p>\n

He died at the hospital.<\/p>\n

The student’s family alleged that Venkateswar, a 21-year-old man, had been harassing his sister and he had confronted Venkateswar over it.<\/p>\n

Bapatla police officer Vakul Jindal told NDTV a murder case has been filed. Another case under the stringent POCSO Act has been filed.<\/p>\n

Mr Jindal said they are questioning the accused.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
